Thanks for confirmation, I've got Windows Mail 10 Mail app access for all my Onetel accounts, working again from 8th March, as well as still being able to access via TalkTalk webmail login. I have made a temporary fix, by setting message forwarding on all 3 Onetel accounts to my BTinternet email account, so I can still get the messages in one Inbox location, but this is not ideal.
